A deal is considered closed when a rights holder submits licensing terms through the portal and you accept them. We take 12% of the agreed flat fee at that point. If no deal closes, you pay nothing extra.

The request still counts toward your monthly limit, but we won't charge the 12% fee since no contact was made. Our fingerprinting layer has a ~95% identification rate across commercial music.

Yes — MP3, WAV, M4A, AIFF, and FLAC are all supported. Files are deleted from our servers immediately after the pipeline runs. We never store your audio.

The clearance email goes out with a unique portal link that expires after 14 days. We can resend on request. Rights holders who don't respond can still be followed up manually using the contact info we surface.
